  • 1. When I will get the medicines after the consultation with Dr. Krutik Shah?

    • It takes about 12 working days to receive medicine anywhere in the world, after your consultations with the in-charge doctor & Dr. Krutik Shah, has happened. If you have not received medicine within 15 working days of the consultation, please send us an e-mail at care@drkrutikshah.com

  • 2. I have received the medicine but I'm not sure of the dose.

    • The dose is written on the medicine envelope, on the medicine bottle as well as in the leaflet attached with the medical certificate. Please go through it and still if you aren’t able to find it than please send us an e-mail at care@drkrutikshah.com

  • 3. How should I take the medicines?

    • Medicines should be taken once in a day as & when you remember as there is no compulsion to take the medicine before or after the meals or before the sleep etc.

  • 4. Will I know the name or the ingredients of the medicines?

    • Yes, the medicine pack will come with a prescription.

  • 5. What is this Emergency (SOS) Medicine? How, Why & When to take these “EMERGENCY (SOS)” Medicine?

    • In case if you have an increase in the same problem we are treating you due to whether, food, stress etc. or you want to overcome from unwanted thoughts which are really bothering you psychologically then you are supposed to take this medicine.

      It rapidly increases your immunity which finally helps your body to fight against the acute disease or the unwanted negative thoughts which are disturbing your health. Emergency medication will serve you 8 out of 10 times to be the most useful.

  • 6. Can I talk to Dr Krutik Shah over the phone during the course of treatment?

    • You will primarily be able to speak, to your In-charge doctor during the tenure of your treatment, both frequently whenever you wish as well as on regular scheduled basis to take your follow up.

      If your case demands a conversation with Dr Krutik Shah directly, you will be given a telephonic/online apportionment to talk to Dr. Krutik Shah directly.

  • 7. I have finished the medication & want to request more medicine.

    • Please send your progress report to your in-charge doctor & let Dr. Krutik Shah see & decide on the next line of medication for you.

      If you have already paid for the longer treatment plan, you have to simply send a progress report, about two weeks before completing the medicines.
