    • Yes, Dr Krutik Shah personally review & meet all the patients online.

    • Yes if required, under the intimation of the in-charge doctor who has already spoken to the patient; he will make himself available.

  • 4. How we will be in touch with you beyond time & distance?

    • We will be in touch beyond time & distance in order to access your status of health and we will guide you, if required any time.

      A. You can ask for a SKYPE CONSULTATION (ID: Dr. Krutik Shah) to us or give an INTERNET VIDEO CALL at +91 8758 255500 if you wish to meet us, almost personally to show us your medical reports OR skin problems etc.

      B. You will be given CALL from our number +91 8758 255500, every month to your number which is registered with us, to access the status of your health.

      C. You will receive SMS regularly from our Patient Data Management Software (PDMS) to which you can reply writing your health concerns.

      D. In case of any health issues, you can call us anytime at the mentioned numbers of the hospital or to your in-charge primary consultant if required.

    • Yes. Dr. Shah can be contacted over the phone from 10am to 7 pm, Indian Standard Time, from Monday through Saturday, with a prior intimation.
